Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to contact requests, evaluating solution-partner and supplier applications, executing contractual relationships, reviewing career applications and meeting legal obligations.
Legal Bases for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in KVKK article 5/2-(c) (formation and performance of a contract), article 5/2-(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation) and article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest).
Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be shared on a limited basis with our business partners, legal advisors, external auditors and authorised public authorities within the scope of legal regulations. Transfers abroad are made in compliance with KVKK article 9.
Rights of the Data Subject
Under KVKK article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose, to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request its deletion or destruction, to object to results that arise against you as a result of processing and to claim damages in case of harm.
How to Apply
To exercise your rights you can submit a written application to bilgi@biosinsaat.com together with documents proving your identity. Your application will be answered in writing within the period prescribed by KVKK and the relevant legislation.
