BIM / CAD Coordination
Architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical DWG layers are clashed in a single coordination file before site execution.
Daily Site Reports
Daily production reports, on-site photography and headcount tracking are issued and archived on every site.
Manufacturing Control Forms
Signed control forms for formwork, rebar, MEP and finishing activities; every attachment is bound to a progress payment.

Halkalı Yelkenkent: Architectural finishing phase documented
On the multi-block residential site, the finishing and architectural detailing phase has been documented through on-site photography; hand-over QA forms have been archived.
istmall: HVAC, fire and plumbing scope completed
The full mechanical scope feeding the retail, office and industrial layers has reached hand-over phase under BIOS coordination. ISTMALL_FINAL_MOVIE has been added to the site archive.
Yeni Adalı (A & B Block): Mechanical permit drawings completed
On the A & B block residential project executed for Cengiz Adalı, the mechanical permit drawings have been completed; structural and power coordination continue under BIOS oversight.
